Wish we had a different photo on the website? Send me an email at Tiffany.Scribner@skagit.edu with a new image and I will get you squared away!

Important Update

Kate’s loved one’s have set up a CaringBridge website, where we can all follow along with her journey, and offer support, love and assistance. Kate is asking all of us to surround her with healing love and light, and for us to take a moment each day to send her joy, prayers, positive vibes, etc., envisioning her pain-free and joyful. Please take moment to follow this link, and send Kate a message, read up on her journey, and give her some love.

Tiffany was most recently with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Island County as the executive director, and previously guided students as an undergraduate instructor of theatre and art. Her expertise will be instrumental in furthering the mission of Leadership Whidbey to cultivate and empower the next generation of leaders in our community.

"We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany to the Leadership Whidbey team," said Laura Flores Cailloux. "Her passion and deep connection to the community make her the perfect fit for this role. We are confident that under her guidance, Leadership Whidbey will continue to thrive and make a meaningful impact." Brittany Knutson also articulated excitement about Scribner filling this important role, stating, “Tiffany’s passion for building intentional community on Whidbey Island and commitment to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion are inspiring. It is so clear that her work with Leadership Whidbey will center these commitments, making the program and our communities better.”

Ms. Scribner is equally enthusiastic about joining Leadership Whidbey. "As a graduate of the inaugural cohort of Leadership Whidbey, I am honored to be a part of this organization. I know how transformative and empowering this program was for me and I look forward to working with our participants, alumni, and community partners to build on the strong foundation that Leadership Whidbey has established," she said.
